WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY
After the wonderful news of a 4lb loss last week, I've come crashing back to
reality with a 2lbs gain this week. C'est la frigging Vie - it's bound to happen
sometimes, especially if I'm spending most of my weekends away at the moment
which I've been doing. It's so much easier to count calories when I'm home (which is
needed for the 5/2 Diet). Still, never mind, onwards and downwards -
my head is still in the right zone for losing - so watch this space......
THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING
The Evening was spent at Emily's in Littlehampton with a wonderful dinner
of Spaghetti Bolognese and Raspberry Pavlova cooked by Travers & Jenny.
Introduced by Sarah/Phoebe Nicholls - we went around the table telling our first
impressions of Emily... a great idea that had people moved to tears.

YOUR COMMENTS!
In your case I DO READ your Comments! So please feel free to leave them.
Thank you...
Your honesty powers this blog-and I love it. It's a gain you can easliy loose becuase you are on a roll. LOVE the pics of Ems wedding. Rembering the joy and happiness of that day still brings tears to my eyes-NO I hear you say-surely not!!!! But I think the proof is in the pudding-see pic with me and Tom-sobbing like a tap-I think I was looking at Marlow and having a welling! The pics of the golf are so wonderous-you couldn't have done that a year ago-your life has been liberated and I am so very very proud of you. xxxxx
ReplyDeleteOh hold on sorry but did I get my comment in before the Golden Girl? Mrs McNeice being in Botswana is no excuse-for slacking. Just saying.....! Not that I'm competative! xxxx
ReplyDeleteYou need to friend me on Fit it so we can have some healthy competition!
ReplyDeleteZoƫ Brian
P. S. Cinders, you look adorable in that photo!
Given the circumstances and the wonderful set of photographs, I will not be throwing stones this week - but I do want to see those fitbit numbers rise - yes, you have made another rod for your back.
ReplyDeleteThe wedding looks so warm and loving. The bride and groom are glowing. My congratulations and love to all x The Less Evil One This Week
A two pound gain is nothing! It has been a crazy month of socialising and I think it has been worth the gain!
ReplyDelete"Listen to me, mister. You're my knight in shining armor. Don't you forget it. You're going to get back on that horse and I'm going to be right behind you, holding on tight and away we're going to go, go, go!" Which basically means we both have to get our asses back in gear! Loved your blog! Such a perfect wedding and celebration! So nice to have all the family together!!! Good luck this next week!!
Love, Cins xxoo
You can lose those 2lbs in a flash. Just get back into the calorie counting zone and you're on your way. A big loss needed for next weeks blog but I can't say anything negative when this weeks blog has been so lovingly dedicated to our wedding. Oh what a perfect day it was! Love Ems xxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wedding, beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing. You and Cindy look fantastic! xoxo, Joanne
