WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY
When I told my children at Emily's Wedding at the weekend that I wasn't going to
publish a Blog today - I was going to leave it to the following week so I would have
some time to lose the weight I had probably put on they were outraged! "No Daddy!"
they all cried, "that's the whole point of having a Blog - you have to take the good
with the bad. You have to be honest and tell it like it is. Even iff you've put weight on
it must be a true record of your progress" but I said in my defence "OMG look at the shit
I've got from THE EVIL ONE just for "plateauing"- he'll crucify me if I've put weight on"
"So be it!" they replied "The truth is the only way forward"
So here goes:

DeleteOnly two pounds. What a result after everything that has happened over the last ten days. I think it was only two pounds because of how active you are these days. With all the walking, golf (!), and dancing it helps keep the weight from building on. I am really loving the new you dad. Very proud, and congrats on being brave and not postponing the blog until you lost the wedding weight. Here’s to a good couple of weeks with lots of loss. So sorry for the late reply. I've been busy putting on weight of my own. I defy anyone not to have eaten their way to considerable weight gain over the wedding period but IT MUST STOP. Lose 3lbs this week and you're back on track in a flash. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for keeping your promise, and dancing at my wedding.
