Weigh In Wednesday!

Weigh In Wednesday!  Or Hump Day if you are in the job force!  For some reason I started the diet on a Wednesday, so this is the day I weigh in.  I have one of my diet days on Tuesday and I also make sure I head to the scales first thing in the morning before my cuppa

Well having had an outstanding weight loss last week (8lbs) it's back to reality this week with
a meagre 2lbs loss - well the positive outlook is that it was OFF instead of ON - which it could
have been! So here's to a better result next week!

Check out the Videos below - I used to watch this guy - Richard Simmons - when he went
on the David Letterman Show in the States - he's hysterical - Enjoy!

  2. Please don't be discouraged! As you said, you LOST weight. And, if I remember correctly, you quoted the Hairy Biker Dieters recently when they said that it is normal to lose only about two pounds a week. It seems as though your pattern might be losing a lot one week, not so much the next. My advice is to put on that spandex and start sweating it out with Richard Simmons! I'm sure you can do some of those moves! Just do it! Love, Cins xxoo

  3. He was somehow always on after school and I just liked to dance along. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/tony-posnanski/richard-simmons_b_4459874.html

As Trav continues to up his running game, I've been looking around for alternative fitness, and I signed up last Friday for 4 weeks of unlimited yoga, and so far I've done 4 classes in the last 5 days. 4 week yoga challenge! I'll pick up the phone and tell you how it's going when I can lift my arms again.

  4. A loss is a loss! Looking forward to next Wednesday's result. Jenny since doing yoga comes home every night and curls up into a ball (just like a cat). I have never seen her so relaxed and silent. It's scary. Good luck this next week Pops! Love, Trav

  5. This is all very artistic but leaves us builders in a muddle. Though reading between the lines, we think Cins has started something really valuable! This blogging business is tricky and these weigh ins are going to test you Limmy, but hard yards have always been tricky and we have heard that next year England is looking for a speedy wing to take on the dastardly French at Twickenham, and you are Lancaster's first choice! Keep going! x
